Partner Ecosystem

The adCasa Partner Ecosystem is 100% free to join. You are not required to purchase any adCasa products, subscriptions, or services to participate. This program strictly rewards the successful referral of verified retail customers. Commissions are paid exclusively on actual end-user revenue collected via Stripe, never on the mere act of recruiting other affiliates. This program explicitly bypasses the definitions of a regulated scheme under the UK Trading Schemes Act 1996.

We utilize a tiered value-attribution model based on Net Revenue (Gross Payment minus Taxes, Refunds, and Chargebacks). Commissions are credited as follows:

• The Hunter (Direct Acquisition): 50% commission on the first subscription payment or credit pack purchase made by a referred user.
• The Farmer (Recurring Revenue): 10% lifetime commission on all subsequent subscription renewals or top-ups from that user.
• Network Overrides (The Orbit System): You earn 3% on sales generated by your direct recruits (Level 2) and 2% on their recruits (Level 3).

Note: Self-referrals (buying for yourself) are strictly prohibited, constitute fraud, and earn no commission.

The Maturation Window: All earned commissions are subject to a strict 30-day maturation period to combat fraud. Commissions must sit in your 'Pending' wallet for 30 consecutive days without a chargeback before clearing.

Automated Sweep & Minimums: Cleared funds are transferred automatically to your connected bank account via Stripe Connect on a weekly basis, provided your cleared balance meets the $50.00 USD threshold.

The Clawback Clamp: If a referred customer refunds or chargebacks, the commission is reversed. If this drops your balance below $0.00, we utilize a 'Passive Offset' protocol: 100% of future commissions will automatically apply to the negative balance until it returns to $0.00. We do not actively invoice for negative balances.

Dormant Accounts: As a necessary administrative measure, if your Partner account generates zero link clicks and zero new referred sales for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months, and your cleared balance is below the $50.00 USD payout threshold, adCasa reserves the right to classify the account as 'Dormant.' Upon Dormant classification, any pending or uncleared balance below the threshold will be forfeit as an administrative maintenance fee, and the account may be deactivated.

Stripe KYC Shield & Data Sharing: We do not custody your funds. Payouts are routed exclusively via Stripe Connect. You are solely responsible for completing Stripe's KYC/AML verification. If Stripe freezes your funds due to compliance failures, adCasa Ltd holds zero liability and will not issue manual alternative payments. By linking your bank, you explicitly authorize adCasa to transmit your identity data to Stripe, and authorize Stripe to send compliance telemetry back to adCasa.

Tax Inclusivity: All commission rates are inclusive of all taxes (including UK VAT, GST, or Sales Tax). You act as an independent contractor and are solely responsible for calculating, reporting, and paying any taxes due to your local authorities.

Insolvency & Unsecured Creditor Status: In the event that adCasa Ltd enters into administration, liquidation, bankruptcy, or any formal insolvency proceedings, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that your status is strictly that of an unsecured creditor. Any pending, un-swept, or uncleared commission balances held in your Partner account at the time of such proceedings shall be immediately forfeit. adCasa Ltd, its directors, and its founders hold zero personal liability for the payment of outstanding affiliate commissions under such circumstances.

Strict Separation of Data: adCasa operates under Google's Limited Use Policy regarding Restricted Scope Data (e.g., Google Ads API data). As a Partner, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

• NO ACCESS: You shall have NO access to, nor will adCasa share with you, any end-user Google Ads data, campaign metrics, or proprietary algorithms belonging to adCasa customers.
• Attribution Data Only: Reporting provided to you is strictly limited to referral attribution data (e.g., clicks on your link, signup counts). It does not contain any data derived from the Google Ads API.
• No Third-Party Transfer: You are prohibited from claiming that adCasa sells or transfers user data to affiliates. Any such claim is a material breach of this agreement.
• Supremacy: In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and Section 20 of the adCasa Privacy Policy regarding Google Data, the Privacy Policy shall universally prevail.

To protect the integrity of the adCasa ecosystem, the following methods are strictly prohibited and result in immediate termination:

• Brand Bidding: Bidding on 'adCasa', 'adGPT', or misspellings thereof on Google Ads/Bing. You must add these as Negative Keywords.
• Cookie Stuffing: Loading tracking cookies without a user's affirmative click (e.g., via iframes or hidden pixels).
• Typosquatting: Registering domains like 'ad-casa.com' or 'adcassa.io'.
• Social Impersonation: Creating social media handles or pages that imply you are the official adCasa account (e.g., '@adCasa_Support').
• Spam: Sending unsolicited email or DM campaigns in violation of PECR, GDPR, or CAN-SPAM.

Limited License: adCasa grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use adCasa's provided logos and marketing assets solely to promote our services.

Ownership: You acknowledge that adCasa retains all ownership of its Software, Trademarks, and Data. You may not modify our logos or imply an official partnership beyond 'Affiliate' status.

User Content Warranty: You warrant that any content you create to promote adCasa (blog posts, videos) does not infringe on third-party IP rights. You grant adCasa the right to share your content for promotional purposes.

Advertising Disclosures: You must clearly disclose your relationship with us in compliance with FTC Guides (USA) and ASA Codes (UK). Use disclosures like '#Ad' or 'I earn a commission' near your links.

Non-Human Traffic: Commissions generated by bots, click farms, or AI scripts will be voided.

Sanctions: You represent that you are not located in, or a national of, any country subject to UK, US, or EU trade sanctions (e.g., North Korea, Iran, Russia). We cannot pay commissions to sanctioned entities.

Direct Relationship Only: You may not act as a sub-network or engage 'sub-affiliates' to distribute your link without adCasa's express written consent. You are solely responsible for the traffic sources of any entity you enable. If a sub-source violates these terms, your entire account is subject to termination.

Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold adCasa Ltd harmless from any claims, damages, or fines (including legal fees) arising from your negligence, misrepresentation, spamming, or violation of this Agreement.

Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of England & Wales, adCasa's total liability to you under this Agreement shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We categorically disclaim liability for any indirect damages, network outages, tracking failures, or 'lost profits'. Nothing in this agreement limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.

Current employees, contractors, and immediate family members of adCasa staff are prohibited from participating in the Affiliate Program without prior HR approval. Attempting to earn commissions on accounts you manage or influence internally constitutes fraud.

Term & Termination: This Agreement is effective upon your acceptance and continues until terminated. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving written notice (email sufficient). Upon termination, you must immediately remove all adCasa links and logos. Pending commissions may be forfeit in the event of termination for fraud or breach.

Right to Modify: adCasa reserves the right to modify terms or Commission Schedules at any time. Changes will be communicated 7 days prior. Continued participation constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, United Kingdom.

Independent Contractor: The parties are independent contractors. This Agreement does not create a partnership, franchise, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship. You have no authority to make offers or representations on behalf of adCasa Ltd.

No Earnings Guarantee: adCasa makes no representation or warranty regarding the amount of revenue or commissions you may generate. Any examples of earnings provided by us are hypothetical. You accept the risk that your marketing efforts may not be economically viable and you bear all costs associated with your activities.
